Since it appears the belt finally got its nerf, will it be getting a new focus effect or maybe a Lesser Runes of Healing because the focus effect just says Unknown Spell at the time.
 
I patch everytime. I was told the belt was getting nerfed, and I figured this was it. In addition, the focus effect shows up blank now on Fomelo, so it's not something wrong with me.
 
It's supposed to be Sihala's Blessing, which is a weaker version of Runes of Healing. Not sure what's going on with it though; other armor pieces that had their effects added are having the same issues.
 
2% less than the mask, as per a staffer's say yesterday on the IRC.
Now don't ask me who, I can't remember.

the 2% thing you heard about is for the shm sleeves? or leggs one of the 2 has lesser swarm mastery on it which is 2% less than the quested mask for shamans
