The effect on them went from a target clickable haste that had a smallish cast time to combat only. Since the GMs here do not think having pre nerfed items is a correct approach to any matter, I am suggesting there is a yet another change to this item.
Going from a targetable haste spell to a combat only spell was a huge leap. Now Rogues, Paladins, and ShadowKnights can not get the benifit from this effect. This is just one of a few annoyance factors on WR that could be easily fixed.
What would make this item more useful would be stepping back from combat haste and changing it to Self only. The recast time should be instant in my eyes, but if it was one minute before or after the spell was to wear off that would be great.
