Alright, so i've had this item for a couple months now, it drops in NDHK. Until recnetly, it had a really awsome graphic, of a flail kinda, with a slight glowing blue tint. However, when I logged in recently, I noticed that the graphic had been changed, to that of what appears to be a summoned hammer. Not going to lie, it went from being a really awsome looking wep, to it looking like i'm using my ancient hammer of the gods :(

Was this intentional? And I know this is a very small issue, and purely cosmetic, but if it was un-intentional could it be changed back?
 
I agree the "normal look" is cool. Not sure it its changed as I never equip it. If it was mistakenly changed i support the notion of changing it back tho. blue glowy ftw

I too have noticed the change in mine also and sure am not happy about it to say the least sigh i hope it was a mistake and they put it back the way it was soon :(

I support taking away the epic graphics from common items but I really wish the Iksar Battle Spear graphic wasn't replaced by the warrior thurg spear graphic. Hate that graphic so much.
 
Mmm.... wonder if Whirlwind got changed (havn't logged in for a few days).


I personaly wouldn't miss the necro Epic graphic on whirlwind and Alakazarr.
 
honestly, the graphics were pretty epic. NDHK is a raid zone, tier 2-4. I honestly feel that if they really had to be changed, or taken away to be put on other items, that we not be left with a "summoned hammer" look, especialy because that mace will last most healers awhile.
 
I agree that the graphics they were replaced by are pretty lame considering it is still a raid zone.
