Safe fall apparent bug

Started a monk, tried to practice safe fall as I did so long ago on live.

Noted that with a lvl of 5 normal falls weren't hurting.

Jumped off the erudin entrance, no dmg. Later tried on the spires of greenmist bridge. After taking no dmg running down, I lept from the very hieghts and .. Took no dmg.

I'm pretty sure this shouldnt be happening with a safe fall skill of 5.

Thoughts.

I'm pretty sure that's not a bug, and staff knows about this "issue", but I'm going to let staff have the chance to weigh in before I post about it.
