I don't know if path mapping is too much of a pain...
If I'm 30 mobs deep into a zone and happen to be directly under the zone entrance, even though it's a 30 second run back to it, I still get the Safe Area Penalty.
I noticed this after heading right in the Warrens. You do that spiral headed towards the kitchen, jail and throne room. At the bottom of the spiral you get a penalty.
It's not a big deal once you know where it is and can avoid it, but thought I'd bring it up.
