Sadri and Erudin faction quests request

Could the Sadri Malath faction quests be put back in? I don't understand why there was a way to raise faction there before and now there isn't. I understand that the Wiki says Wiz didn't like the xp that Cecuvian wings gave. That's fine, just make them give no xp, but why remove the ability to faction there altogether? Some people like factioning even if there's no real benefit. Oh, and while I'm here, could some sort of Erudin faction quests that don't cap be put in? I've done every quest I can find there (all 3 newbie items to max, all the Erudin Symbol of Honor quests, the Warrens totems quest, and the shark tooth quest) and those racists are STILL dubious to me as a troll. I've managed to be ally with at least the citizen faction in every other major city except Halas and Grobb. Grobb because the only faction quest I've found is the amulet of Blackscale Service (and newbie quests), and Halas because after turning in 80 gnoll ears for the honor of being apprehensive to the citizens, I figured that was good enough.

They gave xp, but like...they stopped after a bit. Can definitely confirm that. Not sure if thats how it was supposed to be.
 
Yeah, it was supposed to stop. Most turn-in quests are like that. Guess Wiz thought 6500xp each was too much, though.

It was maybe a tad too much. Unfortunately, the guy who took Cecuvian Wings also took all the newbie and faction quest stuff, so now Sadri's even worse than before.
 
Is it intentional that Erudin is the only main city (not counting Grobb since it's evil) in which it's impossible to get past dubious for some, or is there a quest I'm missing?

cecuvian was the only way to get ally btw afaik (after a certain faction level, cecuvian wings were the only turnin option). Would it be possible to simply nerf the xp on them and make it stop, similar to other quests such as newport, oggok, athica, etc.
 
Yeah, I ran all over Sadri when I didn't have rot trying to find quests to up my faction so I could smith there (hey, better faction, lower component costs!).

Would be great if these could go back in. :)

Agreed.

Also, for smithing get your Stormkeep faction maxed to ally and you hve a gate neck and a smithing vendor ;)
 
Can do the same with Sadri, if the quests go back in, the smithing vendor there is up 24/7, hence why I considered making it my new "home town".
 
Yeah I ended up getting ally like when they were first put in (and they did stop btw. About 5-10 turnins, just could still turnin, running you less xp all toll than the si quests, checked them all back when I was running several alts). The major benefit of turning in was faction/they give you roughly the same plat as you would get for selling them (could be a bit less, could be a bit more, depends on rng).
 
I'm looking into putting in some faction quests for Erudin that involve First Ruins so higher level players can work up their faction. Same for Sadri, except obviously related to something else other than Cecuvian wings. What that is or the timeline of these quests, though, I'm not sure. I'll probably work on them a bit after I get Thazeran finished.

Shrouded Isle quests for faction in Erudin. NPC just outside of SI gives the details.

Well, any way that Guardian Daluk can be put back in, with the cecuvian wing quest taken out, rather than him uh, just not being around, for now at least?
