There is nothing useful in the Pocket Plane that can't be attained easily elsewhere. The only useful thing is the 100% Weight Reduction bags that cost 6500pp. As of next patch they'll be on an earthly vendor as well.

Are these available for the general public yet? If so, does anyone know where?

I've checked a number of vendors, both exotic and practical and have not found this item yet. I'm guessing it never made it into the aforementioned patch. Is this still something we can expect to see?

How about one in Halas?

Get some people moving through that area

Or maybe 2 vendors? Halas (for the good) and Grobb (for the bad).

Both of those cities are fairly sparse in population.
