Ryzan's Dagger

Nobody knows! The quest was never completed as far as I know because the Lands of Magic got blown up and the drops were not relocated even though the quest still exists in game up to a certain point. :-/

The dagger you get by assembling the pieces from Lasanth is 8/20.
 
I updated the wiki with some quest dialogue, but that's about all I can accomplish at this point. I've gone all the way through the Ruins of First City and got to the bottom of the zone (hide/sneak) even found the quest NPC for the Shiritri quest in PoAir (a gargoyle saw through my hide though and killed me after I hailed her). I still haven't found "a spectral weaponsmith" for this quest, looking for the anvil and am hoping that the mob needed isn't just completely out of the game.
I put a petition in game but about 4 hours have passed and no answer, guess the GMs don't work at night.
 
Friday nights can be somewhat hit-and-miss with GM availability. Such is the nature of purely volunteer work. If it's any consolation, the correct procedure given that your concern was a question about a quest was to make a post in the Quest Discussion forum.
 
Well, hopefully we'll get some updates on what's going on with this quest line and figure out what exactly is broken with it. It looks promising for rogues.

Any information regarding if this quest is able to be completed would be great, so far nobody has seen the mob for the anvil up in Ruins of First City. If it is out of the game please let us know, and if there's any other way we can complete the quest line. Wiki shows that someone at one point had gotten further through, so the quest is there, just missing small parts.

Just bumping the post to let people know still concerned about this quest. As of 12/09/10 the spectral weaponsmith still doesn't spawn it seems, searched the first ruins and found nothing.
