Runspeed dropping on zoning

Is annoying and a complete nuisance, I could care lesss about the mansion zone being like that and other specialized "raid" zones. BUt SK and other indoor zones being like that makes me not want ot use port necks on my war...beacuse then i ll loose my the Company/sow and end up only hampering travel. Could it be looked into whether or not this is really needed?

there is also another problem with this. Shaman Bihli runspeed buff also buffs atk... meaning lower atk value in indoor zones since this change.
