runnyeye troubles

hey guys lebroglo here me and my crew (this chilldogs) were running up and down what we perceived to be the sewers of runnyeye all night and could not find anklebiter. do yall know where he hangs out or if he has a fat respawn timer or what? the wiki doesnt have much information on this. seriously we were in there for like five hours just scouring the place and couldnt find it.

Anklebiter is a huge pirahna,to get to him you need to unlock the 3rd level door and make your way to the area with water running down the middle,proceed all the way to the left from the overlook area with mayor Buku and jump in the water. He's not too far of a swim in the little underwater tunnel there (maybe 20 feet in).

Placeholder is a pirahna of course.
