NOT SURE IF THIS IS INTENDED.. but upon casting this spell (which lasts 2 ticks) it places your spell bar in a very dark place for 18 seconds (3 ticks, which coincidentally is the recast of this spell).
 
This is the same issue that was going on with the ranger runic 2, flare shot. I am going to run with this being an oversight and will maybe post some suggestions after this gets fixed.
