Parser says this spell increase dmg by 1%.. well I notice no change in dmg.. and I assume it's increase crit chance? Appeared that way on the bard.. but on wiz.. to hard to tell. I'm also giving the shared mind. Any way to tell me what it does?

Also I would like to note that it's only castable on 1 target.. and I can't even keep it on the target consistently even if I tried. It wears then after it wears gem refreshes.

Currently +40% spell crit chance.

Oh really? I haven't noticed a change in my crits, or anyone else's. Is it going to remain like this as far as cast time/duration? Sometimes I can cycle it on someone but the rest of the time I can't cuz it wears right before the gem refreshes. It's got 2 different timers it seems. And can only cast on 1 person, would be cool to at least do 2 targets like old gog.
