Ruins of Nagthilian

Could anyone give me some information on this zone? or zones I should say. Are A,B,C all raid type zones? 1-6 groups, encounter types? I zoned in and saw a couple bright red Mist type mobs (wasn't sure if they are the same death touching mobs around kelethin so I stayed a bit away). Looking for some new areas to play around in and noticed this seems always empty.

Nagthilian is currently a "stay away" zone. Just like Kelethin.

Nagthilian A and B are filled with Death-Touching mist. If you try hard enough, you can get past and into Nagthilian C, which is totally empty.

You'd be the 4th(If noone else has gone recently) to get to Nagthilian C. I had Thizik's map, which made it easier..
