I know that for a while it has been a stay away zone. that being said, is it going to be converted into something in the future or stay a "in development" type zone? Given I guess it is not in development but you get the idea. Thank you in advance. ^.^

It's part of the storyline of Dalaya. I wouldn't expect a change until something happens with the conflict with Kaezul.

So what part of the story line made kelethin (sp?) come back? I noticed around the time the war started, it was brought back. never heard why.

It was brought back because Athica was restored and something about going on in face of adversity or some other moral stuff I don't know about because I wasn't listening. What this demonstrates to me is that the best way to get Nagthilian back is to build a village in Darkwoods and make it inhabitable which will never happen because Darkwoods is a terrible place to live.
