The problem is not specific to the page you have in mind. For example, the quest articles on In preparation of a cold fever and Flames of Vengeance and Strife - Part II also return server errors. I was told yesterday that this was because of the upgrade Jumbers has been doing for the wiki software, which is mentioned in the "Wiki News" section on the SoDWiki homepage. I was also told the problem would ideally have been cleared up by yesterday, but that seems not to be the case. Anyway, know that the issue isn't on your end or specific to your quest!
