Rollback FAQ Thread

If you did not read the shardsofdalaya.com main page, there was a rollback.

No Drop Items that you looted should be in your in-game mail. (/cm listaccept)

Dropable items that you lost will have to be petitioned. (Have a supposed log).

Quest given items may have to be petitioned for.

Merchant stuff from Thurg bounty will have to be petitioned if you lost any.

You may have gotten some stuff back, that you used. (No idea what to do yet)

Plat should not of been lost. (What I heard)

Don't hesitate to add more to the FAQ for your fellow SoDers.


Also if a GM/Admin could clarify on these questions below

1. (Rollback Lost - Items didn't get logged) In this situation will we get the item back?

Ie: I farmed Rust, the Rust Gems were logged, but all the tmaps I looted were not and therefore were not reimbursed.


2. (Rollback Gain - Used items that returned) In this situation will we get penalized?

Ie: I may have used some items and now they may be back but I'm not 100% sure, should I petition a GM to check for me or just leave it as is or how should I go about with this?

Does anyone know what time frame we are talking about? The whole day or a few specific hours?
 
I am a bit worried because I checked my vendor last night via the SoD vendor listing page and saw that he only had 18 of 20 items remaining, meaning two of them sold. This morning, I saw his listing went back up to 20 items. However, I still found green text upon login telling me that I had money waiting at the bank. Typing /cm listget yielded something like 3,000pp for me despite that, as far as I can tell, whatever two items I was supposed to have sold are still on my banker. My main concern is whether or not the person on the other end of the deal ended up getting what they paid for. Furthermore, what am I to do with the two rolled back items? I don't even know what I was supposed to have sold in the first place. :psyduck:

This was my error, and after checking again, I found a few TMaps you looted, so you should repetition for them (In my defense, there were >400 items for this character alone, so overlooking 4 of them is a thing that can happen. Sorry again!)

According to Woldaff starting from August 5th, 6am PST up until patch should be where the items went missing.

No idea Grinkles, hopefully a GM will shed some light on that issue of item rollback gain.
 
That's too bad, XPed and solo farmed a few hours yesterday but I have no logs. It was a lot of junk that I mailed my vendors, but because I can rarely play for extended amounts of time, I am mostly bummed about the lost experience. I looked at my fomelo and my seed of energy has less mana that when I logged out. I guess I will just pretend I did not play. :(
 
XP was only lost on XPable items, no charaacter XP was lost at all. If that makes you feel any better.
