Can Rohk's Diamond have an aug slot added?

I believe it originally didn't have an aug slot b/c you could combine it with a normal diamond to replenish the charges, but now that is no longer a thing can an aug slot be added.

I want to mention that this item was not created without an aug slot because of the potential to replenish the charges of it's clicky. As a pure gem itself it, as flavor, is not augable. You are essentially embroidering the gem onto your skin since there is no actual ring component to the diamond.

Flavor can sometimes have an impact on item balance and in this case it does, the item was balanced with the fact that it has no aug slot in mind. The ring is already plenty powerful and I think it is a little silly to argue otherwise.
