Rogues I Need Some Help?

Have any of you done Anlir Bloodscalp's 2nd quest, where you steal a small coin purse. Last night i did pickpocket about 60 people. And all it says is pickpocket the Newport Citizen's. Most of the ones I tried to pockpocket didn't have anything. Is there a certian area where they have it or is it just random and anyone can have the purse at anytime.
 
Its random, people can run dry as well iirc. You can also find them inside houses at night on the ground.
 
both but if you sneak behind random npcs and pickpocket you should get it pretty fast
 
You can get it from other cities, its possible your pick pocket skill is very low or something? I dont know.
 
Its possible someone else is robbing them but I have no idea how that actually works. If you cant get it in another city then its probably bugged

How's the guy ever gonna get one with you going around stealing them all Eyate! Truly no honor amongst thieves.
 
I came back from a break and noticed a lot of icons changed. Heard Xardon did it, but never confirmed it. It was a cool change I think.

There is another quest where you have to sneak into a house past bodyguards, kill a rogue and bring his eyes back to guild leader. Everytime i get into the house with evade the bodyguard sees me, should i kill him, and then the rogue.

Disarm the trap and make sure your sneak/hide is successful. If he sees you it is because you failed one of those
