Poison: love it, however... the dropped ingredient for the basic defense poison is looted from a lvl 40 creature (Aqua goblins drop Heparin), while the dropped ingredient for the basic offense is dropped by any wolf (wolve's bane). Oversight? If there's a reason, that's cool, but thought I'd bring it up since they both look like 'starter' poisons (same skill lvl reqs, recipes both sold on vendor, etc).

Newport rogue questline: traitor's eyes... can open the door at picklock lvl 100... but the 'sy;d' bodyguard always... ALWAYS sees you when you try to sneak past (and whoops you like you stole something). "I didn't steal nothin! ...yet! I just wanna kill the guy you're guarding and take his eyes back to my boss!" Dunno if he's turned a little too far to the side or what... I conned indiff to to a 'big' nasty nearby, but the bodyguard still saw me. And maybe change his consider from indiff to dubious so that you know when you're hiding correctly...?

B&E: love it!! I need it, I want it, I want some more of it... heh. I havn't been 'everywhere', but newport seems to be the only city with (almost) fully implemented B&E grounds... any chance that will be more fully implemented? (I admit to being somewhat dissapointed when I finally get to open a lvl req door and the house contains a whole lotta nothing). and yes, I did find some nice goodies in the other cities, but Aithica has soo many doors and so few guards.... the possibilities are amazing!

The fun factor on rogue was always there, and what you've done adds so much on top of that that I feel bad bringing anything negative out! you guys rock

Regarding B&E, there are several cities that have at least a few places to burgle. Newport and Kelethin probably have the most items. However, goods can be found in Athica, Oggok, Underhill, and Erudin as well. I'm not sure about Halas or Grobb, but Sadri Malath doesn't seem to have anything. Of course, it's all about WHAT you steal. You can easily clear 100pp in a night if you pick the right places.

- haven't tried Kelethin yet! I was trying not to give too much in the way of spoilers, but I have found some 'really' nice stuff in Ogg and Erud. I only average about 50-60pp a night... I'll have to work on that! Halas has some stuff, but nothing major that I could find (though I couldn't get through the locked door in the bank to check in there... need an accomplice to get in).

re: test hide
- I did!! I successfully hid from the 'head priest' guy before trying to sneak past the bodyguard... Oh, you mean hide before sneak? sneak before hide doesn't work as well? Will keep that in mind!
 
It's possible to sneak then hide. Check if hide worked is just more accurate if you hide first. You could successfully sneak but fail hide and not know because you happen be behind your test target when you con it.
