Rogue Skills

Ok...
So last night i made a rogue and got to lvl 8 and now i have pick pocket pick lock sneak and Hide etc...
I checked the forums here and havent found much information concerning rogues at all.
My Rogue is a Barbarian in halas.

1. I bought hte book concerning pick pocketing and breaking into places etc. for cash and then fencing it. My question is that where is this fence? And If anyone could elaborate on places where i could go to train all this? Does anyone have any advice on pick pocketing? A good place to do it so if i get caught i can make a quick get away?

2. Theres a quest supposedly in the Rogues guild and it's the woman next to Scar in the back room. She wants me to pick pocket her husband (or so it sounds like it) in the next room (Kemlik McGandor) and bring her some sorta note involving an affair etc. But whenever i try pick pocketing him all i get is that he has nothing to pick pocket. Is there something I'm missing? Not high enough? Or is it bugged? Theres nothing on the wiki about the quest either.

3. My sneak is at 19ish and i can only succeed at actually sneaking every 20 tries or so. Is this just the lack of skill in it? Or is it due to a lack of stats? I have over 100 in Str Dex Sta and Agi. And for that matter do any of the rogues special skills require a certain stat?

4. Is there a place to practice pick locking in halas? If not wheres the closest place to do it?

your skill needs to be raised, stats dont effect it.

Maybe, If not, check out other cities such as newport. Doors have different skill requirements so you may have to search around for one you can gain skill on.

There is a fence in Newport's rogue guild. I would train pickpocketing on the trash mobs outside newport. At your lvl they are all green and if they argo it isnt anything to worry about.

My sneak is like 110 and i still have to click 20 times sometimes.

In the rogues guild in Newport you can train on those locks until 60-ish. Then there is 2 buildings in SNP which are secluded enough to train higher. Wiki has more info on places to train higher up.
