Ring of Supreme Vengeance

This ring, when fully exp currently gives +12 bane reptile/amphibian (i.e., Iksar/Froglok), which is better than the boots out of UC (+9 bane) and cloak out of Spires (+10 bane).

Is this intended as a way to give newer players a leg up? I know I benefited from it, but its a little weird to be killing T11 content with gear I got at lvl 52.

I would guess the person who made the item didn't understand that bane would scale in the way it does.

As long as they dont flood the lower level game with op stuff like that I think its ok and achieved what was intended - namely reviving the low level game some.
As a related item I think Visage of the Frilakh Master is far too easy to get,would be nice it would be quested also and not just a boring camp.
