Ring for Ranger Starfall Stalker's Band

Hello everybody,

The other day, I spent close to a half hour trying to locate the ring (a groundspawn) in Faentharc for the Ranger Starfall quest. According to the wiki, the ring is "in the water surrounding the tower in the middle of the zone". This water is pitch black as soon as you dive more than 2 feet in it, even with a lightsource equipped. Arg...

So, anybody has a pointer or two as to where exactly in the water I ought to look?

Whoa hope I recall that correctly, try east of the tower.

If you dive in deep enough (like you crawl over the ground) you should be able to see it.

You might see through the walls of the tower and try to locate the ''bag'' in the lake. Also, before you start diving in the water there is a moment when you can see through water too, but its a less than a second you have to keep trying.
