Right Click Problem

Hi I just came back and have this weird problem that never happened when I played with the same config about 5 months ago :

I open inventory, I right click on a bag, and it instantly moves cursor a little big to the left - and doesnt open the bag.
Same thing with anything that requires a right click like spell gems unmeming/meming.

I can left click no problem. I tried putting myself in Left hand user mode,

I use a fricking regular Logitech plain 3-buttons mouse. I use Windows XPSP3 , NVidia 8800GTS 512, 2Gig mem, Core2Duo 2.8Ghz... Any idea ?

Fixed , for info it was the Mouseware driver from Logitech that somehow fucked things up (prolly a conflict with a previous version I installed along with a cordless mouse I use as remote control)
