With resist changes, I land about 1/2 as many spells as I used to land on raid mobs. I could live with the crit nerf, but nerfing my only dd damage is rough.
Now all I can reliably do is chain rune which is less than fun. Since enc dd have long recast, making them easier to land wouldn't be overpowered.
