Request for replacement of Singing Mastery

Most bards find out that as soon as you have completed the bard guild quest for the all instrument range item, that this AA just will not have any use. Since the all instrument mods also affect singing, the Singing Mastery aa has no effect on the songs it was intended to.

Proposition:
Specialization Mastery
At each rank of the aa, adds some percentage amount (+5%, +10%, +20%?) to the specializations of the group. Not sure what % would be needed to make it worthwhile, but at least in this case some benefit would be gained from purchase of the aa.

I'm not sure how hard this would be to add into the code, or if the change to a group mod is even possible. But just trying to throw things out incase others have better ideas.

hrm you sure the 1.8 all instrument puppet will give you pot4 the same boost as having a Singing 1.8 kelp cloak?

if the spec boost is a bit much, would it be possible to perhaps turn it into a 'fear/stun resist' type of aa for either the bard theirselves or, preferably, party members. Not a great amount, but enough that tanks/ pullers might get some use out of it. (bards btw dont usually need fear/stun resists that if they have the endurance to stance.)
