The Relic Hunters quest bugged out for me.
I handed in my first minor artifact to Archaelogist Certus and received back the first insignia item, but for some reason didn't get the quest update. I am then unable to hand in the subsequent major artifact or even hail the npc.
Quest update in journal says, "Archaelogist Certus has asked me to help in.........I am to bring back a minor relic from the homes of Shiritri or Sivyana first."
GM-Myrr was kind enough to attempt to help and we tried several things. But in the end he said I would need to post here and hope a Dev sees it to see what he/she can do.
