Registration won't work

ok, im trying to register an account here but everytime i click "Register" it just brings me to the starting guide page, and ive already done everything it instructed me to. what am I doing wrong here?
 
So, you followed all the instructions and still isn't able to find the registration page? :roll:
 
ok yea im retarded, i figured it out, but now im havin login problems where it freezes when i try to log in so wtf? someone help me!
