Registration problem

Cant seem to get to the registration page.
When i click the icon i just come back to getting started page.
can anyone plz help me?

Try actually READING the getting started page.

When you click the "Register Here" icon it brings you to this page:
START GUIDE

You have to click on the link where it says "registration page"

b) Setup

1. Go to the Shards of Dalaya registration page and create an account.
