I've registered two nicks on the SoD IRC server and both of them worked until I disconnected and tried using them again, I'm absolutely sure I typed in the password correctly and both of them give me an "incorrect password" response.I've seen two different people with this problem on the IRC server and I'm just wondering what can be done? I don't want to register a 3rd,4th etc nick everytime I want to join the #sod channel, please help ;( and no I don't have my caps lock key on when I type it in :roll: also sendpass doesn't work.

I've had a simmiler proble. I know the password I'm sending is the right one however I'm constaintly told 'incorrect pasword'. Very fustrating especially since it'll work right after I sign up with said nick.
Since nobody else seemed to have this problem last night I have to go under the assumption that either 1) most of the regulars had IRC running before the problem started and hadn't signed off or b). This is an isolated problem either wit the clients we're using or some other quirk is at work here.
Just so you know i'm using gaim.

I too am having this issue. I am using mIRC 6.16 unregistered version. I am thinking that either the version does not support the re-log-in of nickserv or maybe I am transmitting the pswd on the wrong port maybe. What are you all using and maybe we can figure this out.
I am about to loose it over all this down-time and IRC problems ... I think I might dig out that old Packard Bell 486 case and shoot at it some more with my .44 with some mag shells. muhahaha
