This is somewhat of a small issue, but if there is time i think its something that should be looked at. The Swiftshot is marked recommended 55, however at 58 the quest guys still wont talk for the quest. I feel that on quests like these, the rec lvl should be the minimum lvl to do the quest, not under the lvl. Haven't tried any other quests yet but my guess is this isn't the only item like that.
