Receive "Unable to load World" error

This occurs whenever I create a new character and try to enter the dream. The actuall message says "Everquest cannot find the zone 'nightmareb' in the directory that you arr currently running Everquest from. I have patched to live, run the SoD patcher, and even manually moved all the SoD patch files into my Everquets directory, but no luck.
 
You need to re-patch EQ-Live's patch and make sure you select up to Lost Dungeons of Norrath, you must have missed selecting Planes of Power.
