Really Newbish Paladin Question re: Lay on Hands

I played EQ Live years and years ago as a Paladin before LoH was apparently moved to the AA menu. I have tried recreating the character on SoD, but I haven't been able to figure out how to make LoH a hotkey, or even find it at all. Am I missing something? Has this ability been drastically changed on SoD, or am I just being an idiot?

You need to go to the actions menu, then combat abilities (i think) and just as you would make one for bash and taunt etc LoH should be there. of not combat abilities its in the other tab with fishing and all that junk.
