Ready to give up

Im just about ready to give up , for the pass 3 days i been trying to get WR to work for me ( when i mean 3 days i mean i get up at 8 am turn on my pc and work on this all day till 1 am ) im stuck at the black screen of death after i select my chartecter. So far i done everything everyone has told me to do, i replace the help files and that didnt help.Dose anyone have any idea's what esle i can try PLZ :? :emo: ;(

Manually zip WRfiles somewhere else than EverQuest folder. Go into /EverQuest/ and delete the help folder there. C&P the help folder you unzipped into /EverQuest/.
