Re-installed EQ and now I can't access my account

Please help. I can log in and create a new character, but I'd like to play with my established characters.

I am having the same problem- but it is my SAME ACCOUNT

this is hte same account the toons were originally created on, yet they don't seem to exist anymore... Can someone help?

How long since you last played? I think they remove accounts with 3 months of inactivity.

We don't. EQemu did a purge of accounts. You can make a new one and have your old chars moved to it.

We did one character purge at the start of 2004, so if you played before October of 2003 you're SOL.
