The in-game effect of this item is spell proc, instead of detrimental spell proc. It is annoying to have myself often being dotted while landing a hp buff on me. Can any dev please look at this item?
 
That's one of the funnier things I've read. I hope someone fixes it for you (assuming it's not intentional).

In the mean time, if you see me on at all, feel free to send me a tell and I can see what I can do about hooking you up with a better piece of twink gear for the wrist you're missing.

Pushing this post back to top to draw more attention. I am still suffered from being dotted when i heal or buff myself.

Besides, all drops from the quest "Path of the Cult Priest" do not have any aug slots.

Sound weird to me as most items in the game do have an aug slot. Is this intentional or just a careless design?
 
You last posted yesterday. It takes a patch to fix any items, a little patience would do you well. Anyway the aug slots are missing on two of the items. Prayer beads should not have one.

The bracer dotting you is intentional, deal with it as you will.
