Could someone please review the proc on the ranger Thaz bracer? It currently has Piercing Shot which my spell parser says is a -250 ac debuff with a duration of 2 ticks. I feel that this is a somewhat inappropriate proc for a piece of ranger only gear once the bracers not proc'ing issue is fixed. This is a proc much more suited to SK/Pal, imo. One other option would be to leave the proc as-is but change it from detrimental to beneficial, thus not generating aggro.
Scenario:
I'm up there beating the crap out of a mob and decide I should jolt to reduce my aggro so I don't turn the mob. I cast Jolt, it gets resisted but my bracer procs and gets through. Now, instead of reducing my hate by X amount I've just seriously increased it due to AC debuffs being such huge aggro.
