raising faction for Shaman/Halas guild?

I seem to have killed the wrong mob and now my guild won't sell spells. They are dubious. What can I do to raise faction with them?
 
You can kill blackmaw gnolls(I think thats right) DOwn by the entrance to blackburrow and collect their paws. Return them to an officer____? by the postmaster right before the zone line to Halas.

Thanks so much! Im gonna try to do this now. Ive asked before what these paws are for, but nobody answers!
 
Ok, I just handed in 32 to Frost Warrior McMason but I'm still dubious. I did get very minor exp (1.08 orange at level 14) and a couple silver for each set of 4.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they offer much as far as faction goes.
 
There is a quest within the warriors pit in Halas that you turn in gnoll ears to female barbarian. She gives you faction with the Shaman of Halas. Now I don't know how often you can do this quest, whether or not its a limited turn in amount or endless. Worth a shot.
