Raid Window Bugs, any ideas, & what do high end guilds d

I apoligize if there is already a post on this but I cant' find one.

My guild is fairly small and we have about 15 mins of downtime each 3 - 4 hours of raiding just in the raid being bugged. We try to make sure people leave groups and leave raid before zoning but its not always an option. I am wondering if there are any ways to fix all the problems wit the raid window in the current state they are in. That is, not asking it to be fixed because I am sure its in the works, but what can we do to reduce downtime of raid window issues.

It's not just your smaller raids, it happens to everybody...things will be going good but after about 3 hours of use we will generally have to remake our raid. The more people zone (either because of deaths or going to different targetS) the greater the chances of it becoming bugged and needing to regroup. Still though years ahead of /cmd grouplink!
