Raid leader being able to raiddisband others!

It's been a very long time since the raid system changed from group links, could we please get a way for the raid leader to raiddisband those who go LD and cannot come back? Having to reform the raid each time this happens is very annoying.

So, any word on whether this can be done fairly easily? It would seem to be such a fundamental feature for raids that it had to be included in the original code and simply forgotten about when it was implemented. syduck:
