Ragebearer and Faction Binding

King Rymaz Sunbane won't upgrade Ragebearer from Nartalzia:

Intentional or oversight?
 
from what i heard items dropped from cilzaia, nartalzia, the other one near nart, and lady leskala cannot be upgraded. im not sure on lady leskala but im certain the other three were true.
 
Leskala's loot can be faction bound (or at least it was when I faction bound mine).

Gleaming Scale Armplates (also from Nart) used to have this problem, as did Dragonbone Gloves (see this thread). However, the Gleaming Scale Armplates were fixed and are now faction bindable at least as of a couple weeks ago (fomelo Gunder; don't have Dragonbone Gloves to test). I'm guessing Ragebearer just got missed in the fixes.

Tested them today after I got them along with Dawnbringer, still can't be faction bound. Can someone please look into this? :)
 
I don't understand why not all DHK loot can't be faction bound, same for SK-SE I suppose. It's quite a bother already later that they're faction bound and you can't kill your faction, I do'nt know just let those be faction-bindable even with a small bonus :psyduck:

Do you mean the Armplates? (Only thing I see that was mentioned as being bindable in this thread...) Fomelo Gunder for the faction bound version of those.
 
Nor can Batty's Black Leggings!

Not that they're for wearing, so I don't really know what would be changed :p
