entracing lights doesnt even last long to cast this spell without any spell speed. I would have to pull with tash, root, or mez, usually root cause then i can start killing faster but even with extended range III this speed takes forever. And god forbid if it gets resisted 2-3 times with entracing lights, root or this spell. beguile is 3 seconds and this is 5 seconds. Big difference in speed.
I also know when getting to these lvls you really need to almost stop grinding exp and farm plat for gear with cha on it for the resists, and since I starting the game all over from scratch that is exactly what I am doing but going after stronger enemies for exp like owlbears in heartlands where i need cajoiling whispers and not beguile becomes very hard to charm and keep charmed on mez breaks. Unless i used the above methods of entraning lights or root and hope they land.
