Quick questions about concussion

Hello everybody,

Following a little discussion in group last night, I have two questions about the Wizard "concussion" spell.

1) Does it do anything else than lower aggro?
2) Is there any use to casting it before casting the first nuke on a mob (already engaged by the rest of the group)?

It reduces your agro by a set amount and can move you into negative agro if you've built none up by nuking or whatnot beforehand. -400 for Concussion, -1000 for Relic: Greater Concussion.

Note however that if you conc a mob thats not engaged, he will run over and stomp you.

While it should go without saying: It will do nothing when soloing. Negative aggro wont wipe you from the ahtelist if you are the only engage.

However it's useful for pulling since it makes the mob run towards you, but other people's prox aggro is more than your negative aggro.
