Are there anymore quests similar to bloodletter that can give u a bow better than crystaline bow?
 
No questable bows currently. Crystalline Bow is quite good. Suggest joining a raiding guild to upgrade, however. :(
 
Any buyable upgrades to crystalline bow then? If so, what is name of bow and approx how much they sell for.

To be honest, I'm not sure. I've been somewhat out of touch with recent item implementations due to not playing anymore. As far as my memory holds, however, the Crystalline Bow is the best bow that you can get with a group or less. Next stop up is (possibly) Nemmy's Headseaker, from a normal dragon in West Wastes, after that it's the Balanced Blackwood Bow from the Stasis Preserver in Dreadfang, next up is a bow from Storm's Eye (60+ raiding zone), followed by Frost King's Hunting Bow (Rymaz), with the Searwood bow from Viz in Dragonhorn being, currently, the best bow available DPS wise. There's also a bow in Cmalath somewhere, but it's probably not worth the trouble trying to get it.

In short, your next bow upgrade will probably come from a raid. If you want my advice, hold out until you can get the Balanced Blackwood Bow, as Nemmy's Headseaker isn't all that impressive, and take Searwood over Frost King's if the opportunity presents itself (if you're all about DPS).

Now, all this is only as it stood around a month or two ago. Who knows what's coming with ToT, right? :p
 
There's also the 100/70 bow from Sseru (or is it 70/100 ?). That can be one grouped (maybe even duo'd if you have the right characters). I don't know if you consider it better or what, since I don't play ranger.
Please note, it's limited on races (only large races I think), I think Neeh has one in his inventory he can't use :lol:
 
You're right, I'd forgotten about that one. I'm fairly sure it's 70/100 and not 100/70, but small races cannot use it ( :mad: ).
 
Thank you for all your replies. That pretty much lets me know that I can spend plat on other items. Was gonna save for a better bow, but bein that there isnt one that is buyable i will go a different route. Hopefully i will be able to join a high lvl raiding guild but I need to get few more lvls and get my bow aa so I am desired 8(. Back to the grind for me.
