It would be nice if the quest givers in places like Stormkeep weren't targets to kill. Took me several days of checking to find the Enforcer up and have spent the last couple of days looking for the Captain without seeing him.
Not really a huge problem considering the low server population, but it's still annoying when quest mobs are dead.
