Quests for a 38 Druid

I was wondering if anyone know of some decent quests around my level that might help me with the gear I currently have(I could use some new legs or a better shirt) or reward me with some faction that would of use to me later on. I would like to increase my newport faction but I believe I have gone as far as I can go with just gnoll ears and lioderth heads, I've completed my third ring quest and I am far too low for everchill orcs at this point. Any suggestions from where to go from here would be much appreciated. Here is my wanelo link Nidi
