questions on PvP and Gm events

Is there Pvp and if so is there level limits on who can kill who.

I noticed you have Gm points are those for Gm events and can they be used to get special items or abilities?

There's a pvp zone, no mandatory pvp, i.e. you can only pvp in that zone and by using /duel.
Inside of the zone, there's no level restrictions on who can kill who.
