Yes. But after you get it installed you need to run the built-in patcher and d/l all the updates from Live. Also be sure to go into the advanced options and select the Planes of Power, LDoN and, I think, LoY expansions. This will take a while to download it all. And be sure to follow the steps listed on the Starting Guide which can be found via a link on the home page for SoD.
