Do you mean like stuff that came out after the version of the client we're using or do you have some specific zones in mind?
they are constantly developing new content, ikisith phase 1 was released not that long ago, and phase 2 will be at some point

Your forum info indicates that you signed on to the forums this month for the first time, and that you you have only one post. Maybe you have an alternate account you normally use, but otherwise I would guess that you are pretty new to the game. The odds of you starting a character, playing it to 65, grinding out 400+ aa's and some tomes, and covering 11 or so tiers of raiding, not to mention the many quests, various flags, endless faction grinds, etc, all within the last couple of weeks... well the odds are not really in your favor on that one to say the least.
So since you probably haven't checked out even a tenth of the content available, I have to ask, what is the motivation behind you asking for more content? I mean no disrespect, I honestly would like to know, what brought this up?

They have said many times before they have no intention of putting in a zone like the PoK from live. (Or the Bazaar, before you ask.)

This will never happen. SoD is not connected to live in any way, other than using some of the same basic files. Live would have no interest in providing SoD with the information needed to bring a character from their servers to ours. Also, none of the high end gear that you want to transfer over exists here.
Really, transferring gear from live to here would be the same as transferring gear from Assassin's Creed 2 to SoD. They are 2 totally separate games, so you couldn't do it. If you want raid gear in SoD, you have to get the 100% custom raid gear that SoD has, and it will have to originally come from the 100% custom raiding content that SoD has. If you want to use the gear you have on a different game, such as live, then you will have to play that different game to use it.
If you give this game a chance, you will find that it is a fun game all by itself. I hope you like SoD, and maybe I'll see you ingame

There is possibly another exp weekend coming up so you may find leveling up very forgiving at least, not to mention there are tons of affordable droppable items now for low levels.
