Question on Low Level Money Making

I am new to shards of dalaya. I remember back in live EQ a good way to earn money at lower levels was to farm will o wisps or to farm dervs for bronze weapons.

I tried killing wisps but the lightstones only sell for 2g and greaters for 2p. I have killed higher level npcs that drop weapons but they are still normal weapons. Are there any bronze type weapons that sell for a couple plat each?

Anyone have any other advice to start making some cash when starting out? I am level 14 now.
 
This is very different than Live. Nothing is as it was.

Wolf Bloods sell for 10-20p a stack
Spider Blood 20p a stack
Balsalm (Off undead) 15p each
Wolf skin 10-20p a stack
Bone Chips 5p a stack
Ectoplasm 20-30p a stack

There is a lot of items that Tradeskill people buy. Watch the /auction channel and write down what people are buying. Make a list and note the price. Before long you will be doing fine.
 
in the swamp you can kill froggies (outside what was formerly called upper guk) and just inside mieleh-a. Somtimes those frogs drop tunics worth around 2pp for vendors.

I believe players buy tradeskill mats at decent prices (bones are used for tradeskillin here). I think in fearstone (crushbone) you can get some other type of mats for trade skillers...

Check out the wiki for items that are used in trade skills. I personally made a killing early on with selling balsams (upper guk/aka http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Halls_of_Mielech ). Players buy for 10pp to 20pp each! Those mummy froggies only spawn at night and they are around level 20ish so if you were level 14, bring a healer with you.
 
I remember back before I was teh uber-money-makin-machine I am now (feel free to read the sarcasm in there), I kept a fairly extensive spreadsheet of all the people who reagularly spammed /auc with what they were buying, and what they were currently paying. Hell, I even had a social macro for bonechips, /cm listsend Lovok 5. Good times.
 
If you have he patience, you may want to consider taking up mining. Ghostmetal and Warpmetal ore sells for 350 PP a stack and Deepmetal at 1000 a stack! And those don't stay unsold for long! And you can skill up in a safe zone like Sadri Malath and then mine in safe areas.

A few players get their miner on when they watch a movie or football game. They come out with 700 PP worth of ore.
