Since there are no caps on haste...is it possible to hit 100%? Because I think it is...and if it is...doesn't that mean instant death to anything you auto-attack (that doesn't have a damage shield of any kind)
It doesn't reduce delay directly. It increases attack speed. Thus, 100% haste means your weapon now swings twice as fast (in essence, though, half the delay)
